Nick Jones(Technical and Finance)
Nick is a Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has over 20 years of experience in the Gas Processing Industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of Gas Compression and Power Generation systems having worked as a consultant for many of the major Gas and Power Producing companies in the UK.
As an Engineering Consultant he has been involved in many multi-million pound projects ranging from new compression plants and existing plant upgrades to new CHP power stations. He has worked on projects both on and offshore incorporating both the Design and Specification of rotating equipment as well as providing long term operational support to a number of Southern North Sea installations and troubleshooting existing machinery issues. With this unique experience, Mr Jones is able to provide technical expertise in business development involving compression and power. Prior to setting up OSL Mr Jones was responsible for managing the Oil and Gas Division of another engineering consultancy for 4 years.
