Main Responsibilities

Provide cost effective and innovative process design solutions to meet client demands, to an agreed budget.
Development of process models using HYSYS software.
Production of PFD, P & IDs, and process datasheets.
The ability to perform Hazardous area reviews
Participation in design reviews; HAZOPs; SIL assessment etc.
Develop the company’s technical process capability
Maintain technical design & safety integrity within discipline

Strong client relationship skills
Understands the differing needs of oil & gas companies, contractors, consultants & specialist suppliers
Strong technical leadership capable of motivating & organising discipline engineers to meet deadlines
Confidence to work with management teams and build relationships at all levels
Motivating personality that generates co-operative team based thinking throughout the project team
Effective presentation, facilitation and written skills
Lateral thinker and innovator capable of generating robust, novel solutions.
Able to operate an effective work life balance.
